Conditions

By registering an account on BC44, accessing the BC44 platform, or placing any bet on any BC44 game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these BC44 Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BC44.

If you do not agree with any part of these BC44 Terms and Conditions, you must not use the BC44 platform. Continued use of BC44 after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To register and use BC44, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

Each player is permitted to hold one BC44 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same phone number, or using different details — is a violation of BC44 Terms and Conditions and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and funds being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. BC44 uses the details you provide to process payments and verify your identity. Providing false information — including a false name, false date of birth, or a phone number that does not belong to you — is grounds for immediate account closure.

• Your BC44 account password is your responsibility. Do not share it with anyone.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact BC44 support immediately.
• BC44 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

BC44 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳10. There is no maximum deposit limit, though BC44 may apply limits to individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming framework.

Deposits are credited to your BC44 balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. In most cases this happens within seconds. If a deposit does not appear in your BC44 balance within 15 minutes, contact BC44 support with your transaction reference number.

• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.

BC44 processes withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳50. Withdrawals are processed within minutes during normal operating hours. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 24 hours.

To make a withdrawal, your BC44 account must be fully verified. This means BC44 must have confirmed your identity and the ownership of the payment method you are withdrawing to. BC44 will only send withdrawals to a payment account registered in the same name as your BC44 account.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• BC44 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used to deposit may require additional verification.
• BC44 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside BC44's control.

BC44 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. All BC44 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that are published on the Offers / Promotions page at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any BC44 bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that bonus.

General bonus rules that apply to all BC44 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.
• BC44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Each BC44 game has its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet on any BC44 game, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules for that game. BC44 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, BC44 reserves the right to void the round and return the stake to the player's balance.
• If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error, the result recorded in BC44's server logs will be treated as the official result.
• BC44 game RTPs (return to player percentages) are published in the game information section of each title.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on BC44 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with BC44 games or the BC44 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a known bug must be reported to BC44 support and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus claims.
• Using a BC44 account to launder money or process funds on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Accessing BC44 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN or other tool to disguise your location.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing BC44 support staff or other players.

BC44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these BC44 Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious activity that suggests fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under BC44's responsible gaming framework.

If your BC44 account is suspended, you will be notified by email or in-app message. During a suspension, you will not be able to deposit, place bets, or withdraw. If the suspension is resolved in your favour, your account will be reinstated and any funds held during the suspension will be returned.

If your account is permanently closed due to a terms violation, BC44 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no violation is confirmed, your remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method.
